Quartz seeks a product manager for our subscription offerings—someone who can quickly get these paid products past the launch phase, respond to market feedback and find the best path to growth along with a talented team. The job is based in New York.
We are looking for an experienced product manager. Familiarity with media and/or subscription products is nice but not required. More than anything, we are seeking someone with a growth mindset who can create and lead a rapid and effective process for product development in a rapidly changing field.
Specific responsibilities of this role include:
We currently offer one subscription product, a twice-weekly email about cryptocurrencies and blockchain called Quartz Private Key. We are working on and plan to launch another subscription product, with a broader focus, soon. Together, these products are projected to be Quartz’s biggest source of growth over the next several years.
Quartz’s product team is comprised of design, engineering, product management, analytics, and growth. This job reports to the chief product officer.
