The Atlantic’s New York Talent Acquisition team is growing! As an Associate on the larger Talent & Culture team you will partner directly with the Senior Director, Talent & Culture to identify, recruit and hire the next wave of talent entering the organization in New York.
This role will be deeply involved in the recruiting process, with an aim at individually handling several positions, managing talent pipelines and streamlining the overall recruiting process and candidate experience where necessary.
