We are currently seeking a bright, entrepreneurial individual to support our sales and marketing teams. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will have the unique opportunity to serve as the front lines of communications for the SVP of Global Revenue & Strategy and VP of Global Marketing at an exciting time of growth at Quartz.
Provide dedicated executive support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
Maintain calendars and schedule on and off-site meetings (both domestic and international)
Coordinate domestic & international travel arrangements providing detailed itineraries
Manage and administer travel and entertainment expense reporting
Work with executive team to coordinate and create internal staff-wide presentations
Prepare agendas and issue meeting minutes notes when required
Reserve conference rooms and coordinate audio-visual needs across a global team
Create and maintain a portion of internal sales enablement tools
Create and maintain various reports that illustrate overall week to week business performance
Work with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve billing issues, generate timely invoices, and submit check requests on behalf of the business team
Daily interaction across all levels and roles at Quartz, particularly among the business-side team
Work with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute internal and external events including the yearly global sales conference, various team outings throughout the year as well as planning and coordinating unique client entertainment opportunities
